“Ordinary People”: a case study in malignant narcissism. Posted on J by luckyotter I remember when I first saw this Academy Award winning movie being quite triggered by it, because the main character, Beth Jarrett (played convincingly by Mary Tyler Moore) reminded me so much of my mother, all the way down to her impatient.
